Woman Steals $1,400 Worth of Cosmetics From Sephora in Williamsburg: NYPD

A woman stole $1,400 worth of make up from a cosmetics store in Williamsburg late last month, police said.

The suspect entered Sephora, located at 241 Bedford Ave., around 6:40 p.m. on Jan. 24 and pocketed $440 worth of lipsticks and $960 worth of blushes before exiting the store. No arrests have been made, according to police.

The suspect is described as white and in her 30s, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds.

Anyone with information in regard to the identity of these individuals is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
