Woman Groped by Stranger Near McGuinness Boulevard and Freeman Street

Police are searching for the suspect in a forcible touching incident. (NYPD)

Police are searching for a man wanted for groping a woman in Greenpoint earlier this month.

On Thursday June 13, around 9 p.m., the suspect approached a 64-year-old woman near McGuinness Boulevard and Freeman Street. The man then put his hands between the woman’s legs and touched her buttocks and groin over her clothes. He then fled the scene. 

The suspect is described as black and is approximately 25 years old. He is seen in photos released by the NYPD wearing a black shirt, jeans, and a medical mask.

Anyone with information in regards to the identity of the suspects is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or submit their tips by logging onto the CrimeStoppers website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com

Seen him before as well check the homeless shelter on the other side of the Pulaski bridge he frequents that area, dunkin on mcguiness and the G train station at greenpoint, also at the park on Franklin st at barge park

Seen him in the Greenpoint train station by the India st. Exit. By the metrocard vending machine all day. Just waiting.
