Suspect (NYPD)

Sept. 27, 2021 By Christian Murray

The police are looking for a pervert who allegedly placed his cellphone under a woman’s skirt while on an escalator at the Myrtle/Wyckoff Avenues subway station last week.

The suspect allegedly approached a 25-year-old woman from behind as they were both going up an escalator at around 1:30 a.m. Thursday.

He then, according to police, placed his cellphone under her skirt and in-between her legs.

The victim confronted the suspect when she felt the phone touch her thigh. The suspect then fled the escalator and went out on to the street.

The suspect is described as Asian, between 25 and 28 years old, and about 5 feet 8 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black mask, a white shirt, dark colored shorts, white sneakers and he had on a black backpack.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
