A seven-story luxury residential building is likely to soon rise in Williamsburg.

A developer filed plans with the Department of Buildings earlier today for a 100-unit building at 134 Hope St., of which 30 apartments would be affordable.

The new building, which will be operated by Long Island-based Heatherwood Luxury Rentals, would also have rooftop tenant amenities and a parking garage for 43 cars, according to the plans.

The 70,685 square foot development would be just two blocks away from the Lorimer L train and Metropolitan G train station.

The developer bought the property back in September of 2013 for $12.75 million, and filed to demolish the large warehouse previously at the site in 2017.

Heatherwood did not immediately respond to request for comment.
