Man Stabbed to Death on J Train, NYPD Looking for Suspect

A man was stabbed in the neck and back on a J train early this morning and was found dead at the Flushing Avenue station, according to police.

Police received a call at around 2:30 a.m. that a man had been stabbed on board a north bound J train while at the Lorimer Street/Broadway station. The suspect fled the station while the victim was left on the train.

The victim was found dead at the Flushing Avenue station when the train came to a stop.

EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health & Hospitals/Woodhull where he was officially pronounced dead. There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.

The identity of the deceased has yet to be released, pending family notification.

If the police cannot protect them, law abiding citizens should be allowed to carry/buy guns freely.
