A 51-year-old man was slashed across his face by a fellow straphanger onboard a southbound L train earlier this month.
The 51-year-old was arguing with the male suspect on the L train on Nov. 8 at 10:15 p.m. when their dispute turned physical. When the train reached the Lorimer Street station, the individual slashed him across his cheek and run off the train, police said.
The victim was transported to Woodhull Hospital, cops said.

Why aren’t there more police presence on the L train the crime on that train has gone way up, years ago this train was deserted but safe. Now all you here is crime As a woman who has ridden the L train for 50 + years I now am hesitant to travel very early in the morning or after 7pm it’s ridiculous
