Gun-Toting Man Mugs Barbershop Customer in Williamsburg: NYPD

Police are looking for a man who held up a customer at a Williamsburg barbershop at gun point and stole his cell phone and cash.

The incident occurred at 4:35 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 14 inside Milton’s Barbershop at 139 Maujer St., police said.

The armed suspect allegedly approached the victim, 30, who was getting his haircut. The suspect demanded the victim’s wallet and phone, according to the NYPD. CCTV footage from the barbershop appears to show the suspect press a gun against the victim’s neck.

The suspect made off with approximately $350 cash as well as the victim’s credit cards and cell phone. He fled the scene in an unknown direction.
