A Williamsburg-based developer is planning another five-story residential building along Graham Avenue, just one block away from the site of another residential development in the works by the same firm.

Southside Units, according to the plans filed with the Department of Buildings last week, filed plans for the new project at 322 Graham Ave., located just one block from the Graham Avenue L train station.

The developer filed plans earlier this month for a five-story, 10-unit building at 302 Graham Ave., the site of an existing 89-year-old building.

With a similar floor design as the developer’s first building, the new 10,734 square foot development will also house 10 residential units. The building will feature an elevator, laundry room and rooftop outdoor space.

Southside Units filed plans with the DOB to demolish the existing 99-year-old two-story building on the 322 Graham Ave. property in October of last year.

The developer, which purchased the property in September for $2.8 million, did not immediately respond to request for comment.
