A housing lottery for several units at a East Williamsburg development has just opened.

The one-bedroom units are available for up to two people. An annual household income between $37,029 and $43,860 is required for one person, with the income requirement bumped to $50,100 for a household of two.

Half of the units are reserved for residents of Brooklyn Community Board 1, an area that covers Greenpoint and Williamsburg.

Applications, available here, must be submitted online or through mail before May 30.
