Two men violently robbed a straphanger of his cellphone inside the Flushing Avenue station earlier this month.

The pair struck a 33-year-old man in the head with an unknown object as he walked up the stairs to the station on Sunday, Dec. 15 at 2:30 a.m. They then grabbed his cell phone and fled, police said.

The victim became lightheaded from the attack and was taken to an area hospital to be treated for a laceration to the head, according to police.

Anyone with information in regard to the identity of the males is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
