Nov. 6, 2023 By Bill Parry A Brooklyn man was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Springfield Gardens early Sunday morning after he wiped out on his motorcycle on the Belt Parkway, according to the NYPD. Police from the 105th Precinct in Queens Village responded to a 911 call of a vehicle collision on the Belt Parkway in the vicinity of Springfield Boulevard at around 1:18 a.m. on Nov. 5.
