Dubbed Franklin Court, the modern, 80-unit mixed-use building that replaces an old foundry sits on the corner of Franklin and Quay streets and also has a facade along a section of Calyer Street.

The almost block-long development overlooks the ocean and has the city’s largest geothermal heating and cooling system, according to the project’s architect, as well as an outdoor pool.
