A developer is planning to construct a seven-story residential building on the site of three auto repair shops along Bartlett Street in the Broadway Triangle.

Permits were filed with the Department of Buildings (DOB) last week for the proposed building at 24 Bartlett St., which will have seven stories and 12 units. The building will come outfitted with amenities including a swimming pool, recreation room, bike parking, and three car parking spaces.

The new building will be serviced by the G train at the Flushing Avenue station.

The developer, ZBL Bartlett LLC, acquired the property in 2016 for $6.53 million. Plans were filed in February to demolish the existing one-story building, which houses the auto shops.

The developer did not respond to request for comment.
