Three Men Wanted for Williamsburg Slashing, Assault: NYPD

Three suspects are wanted in connection to the bloody assault of a man in Williamsburg last week.

On May 21, around 5 p.m., the 28-year-old victim was walking near 701 Broadway with his girlfriend when he was approached by the three male suspects, identified as Nelson Grant, 30, Steffon H. Best, 22, and Elijah Brehon, 21.

Grant allegedly slashed the victim on his neck with an unknown object while Best allegedly slashed the victim on his back. Brehon, who was reportedly holding a baby in his arms during the attack, then allegedly threw a glass bottle at the victim, striking him in the back of the head.

EMS responded to the scene and transported the victim to Kings County Hospital, police said.

Grant is described as approximately 6 feet 2 inches in height and weighs 180 pounds. Best is 5 feet 10 inches in height and 150 pounds. Brehon is 6 feet 2 inches in height and weighs 165 pounds.
