Police are searching for two men wanted for an armed robbery that took place in Greenpoint last month.
On Feb. 22, around 12:15 a.m., a 47-year-old male victim was walking near 50 Eagle St. when he was approached by two unknown men. One of the men pulled out a handgun while the other demanded that the victim hand over his property. They then forced the victim to kneel on the sidewalk and stole his backpack and wallet, containing $250.
The two robbers fled on foot, heading eastbound on Eagle Street. Surveillance footage shows one of the suspects, a black male, wearing a brown coat.
