Police are trying to locate a man who stole thousands of dollars in electronics from an office building occupied by a mobile app developer after targeting the location twice this month.
The suspect first broke into the 158 Roebling St. building, used by app developer Fuzz, at around 6:45 p.m. on Feb. 4. After walking around the office he made off with six MacBook computers, police say.
Two weeks later on Feb. 19, the same burglar returned at around 7:35 p.m., this time stealing nine MacBooks, an iPad Pro and a Pixel cell phone.
The suspect, shown in video surveillance footage released by the NYPD, is described as black and wearing a black baseball cap, white hoodie, black jacket and jeans.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-8477, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
