Permits have been filed for a 4-story residential building in Greenpoint.

The building, which is planned for 305 Kingsland Ave., will feature nine residential units. The property is currently used as a driveway.

A laundry room and open area will be available to tenants in the cellar.

Two residences will be located on each floor, with an additional residence located in a penthouse.

The property is located two blocks away from Msgr. McGolrick Park and is about 11 blocks from the Nassau Avenue (G) subway station.

YME Construction is the developer, and Diego Aguilera Architects is responsible for the design.

The property was purchased for $1.5 million in March.
