Lottery Opens for Several $1K Units on Manhattan Avenue

Applications are now open for three units at a newly built residential development in Greenpoint.

The eight-story, 14-unit building at 977 Manhattan Avenue is offering one-bedroom apartments for just over $1,000 a month. Requirements for the application include having an annual income between $34,972 and $43,860 for a one-person household, or up to $50,100 for a household of two.

Preference for the units mostly goes to resident of Community Board 1 in Brooklyn.

The building has a gym, a bike room, and offers laundry, intercom service, and storage space.

Those interested can apply online or through mail by following the instructions on the notice.

Applications must be postmarked or submitted no later than April 26.
