NYPD: Man steals woman’s purse from bar on N 6th Street, uses her money at CVS

A woman’s purse was stolen from a bar by a man who then used her money to make a purchase at a nearby CVS.

On August 2, at approximately 9:40 a.m. the man went inside Zablozki’s Bar on 107 North 6th Street and stole a purse belonging to a 36-year-old female, police say. The man then used the money inside her wallet to make a $30 purchase at a local CVS Pharmacy.

The man fled the location with the purse in an unknown direction.

Police have released a photo captured by cameras at the bar of the male they are seeking to know the whereabouts of. He is described at male, Black, and last seen wearing a light0hooded sweater under a black bubble jacket, black jeans, and black sneakers.
